Francis was born and raised in Sarnia, is married to Catherine and has two young children, Cameron and Kirstin. Francis and His Family are active in the Community.
Francis is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario and has been practising law for over 25 years in Sarnia, Ontario and is the Senior Lawyer at De Sena Law Office in Sarnia, Ontario.
Estate Planning and Administration, Planned Giving and Charities Law are his preferred areas of practice, along with Real Estate, Subdivision Planning and Development and Corporate Law. In addition to providing legal services to Clients, Charities and their Members and Donors, Francis is also involved with several Community Organizations, as a volunteer and as a member of their Boards of Directors. Professional memberships include The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Lambton Law Association, The Sarnia Lambton Real Estate Board and The Sarnia/Lambton Chamber of Commerce. Francis is also a past instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada Bar in the area of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and Estate Administration
