The Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society (CAS) is increasing healthy activities for youth aged 15-21 years old who are in care or kinship care in Lambton County. CAS started a running group as there was a need for our youth to engage in healthy activities and overcome fatigue by increasing their oxygen consumption.
