Prizes
Four prizes will be awarded, valued at approximately ($45,504.00), after each draw the winning ticket will go back into the drum to enter the next draw(s) which includes the following:
Early Bird Prizes: Oct 11,2022 $500.00 & Nov. 11,2022 $500.00
Grand Prize : 2022 Ford Bronco Sport (subject to Finch Ford Lincoln Ltd. discretion) There are no hidden costs (Taxes, freight, PDI or dealer costs ) Vehicle Winner is responsible for the vehicle license fee and insurance cost. Delivery Location: Finch Ford Lincoln, 101 Indian Rd., Sarnia
First Prize : $5000.00
Eligibility
The following individuals, all of their immediate family members and anyone residing in the same household are prohibited from ordering a ticket: Board members of Noelle’s Gift to Children; and partners and employees of the Draw Control Firm, being De Sena and Riley – that is doing the draw oversight.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the draw. Tickets must be ordered and mailed in the province of Ontario. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, Noelle’s Gift to Children, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.
Tickets
Tickets are $100.00 each.
Method of payment – cash (include e-transfer) or credit.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, participants do not need their ticket/s in hand to be included in the draw. No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draw. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Chances of Winning
Chances of winning are 4 in 1211. Maximum of 1211 tickets are being sold. All inquiries, if any, regarding the “Chances of Winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
Ticket Deadlines and Draw Dates
Ticket Sales Deadline: Early Bird draws on October 11, 2022, is 12 noon (EST) & November 11, 2022, is 12 noon (EST) Draws for First prize of $5000 and the Grand Prize on December 28, 2022, is 12 noon (EST) or until tickets are sold out.
Early Bird Draw dates: October 11, 2022 & November 11, 2022, are both at 4:00 pm (EST). Both early bird draw has one winner each. On the draw dates, one ticket will be drawn and immediately the winning ticket holder will be contacted by contact method on the ticket and then posted on social media. The winning ticket holder names will be recorded for both early bird draws, and the ticket(s) will go back into the drum for a chance to win the First prize and the Grand prize. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days. A backup ticket for both early bird draws will be drawn, and the name(s) will be recorded if the original ticket holder has not claimed their prize within the 7 days from the date of the draw.
First Prize and Grand Prize Draw Date: December 28, 2022, at 4:00 pm, the first ticket draw will be for the First Prize of $5000. Immediately after, the winning ticket holder will be contacted by phone and/or text and the name of the ticket holder will be recorded. The first prize ticket will go back into the drum for a chance to win the Grand Prize. If the winning ticket holder for the First Prize cannot be reached after 5 attempts a backup ticket will be drawn. The backup ticket holder’s name will be recorded, and the ticket will go back into the drum for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize draw will take place after the First Prize draw. The prize winner will be phoned immediately after the draw. If the Grand prize winner cannot be contacted after 5 attempts, another ticket will be drawn as a backup. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, the backup ticket holder drawn on the date of the draw will be contacted by telephone and/or text ** see Prize Claim section
All Draws will take place at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at Finch Ford Lincoln Ltd. ,101 Indian Road South, Sarnia, Ontario
**Contingency plan – If draw cannot be done on Dec 28; the draw will take place on the nearest Friday following Dec 28th either at Finch Ford Lincoln or at Francis De Sena and Martin Riley’s Law Office 422 East Street North, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 6Y4.
Draw Control
Ticket Fulfillment and Draw Control by the Law Offices of Francis De Sena and Martin Riley (‘De Sena and Riley’).
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by the professional services firm of De Sena and Riley and under licensing approval by the licensing body, being The Corporation of The City of Sarnia. All draws will be made using the stub ticket method – being the numbered ticket is provided to the buyer of the ticket and the corresponding numbered stub is placed in a draw drum or draw receptacle – the numbered stubs correspond to each numbered ticket – under the supervision of the firm of De Sena and Riley.
The records of Noelle’s Gift to Children and the firm of De Sena and Riley shall be deemed correct and final.

Prize Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified by telephone as to their prize and where to claim their prize. The prize winner will be posted on the NGTC website and social media and published on December 28, 2022.
Prize Claim
The Prize(s) indicated above will be awarded to the individual named on the official ticket. Prize notification will be a telephone call, if the winner cannot be reached during the original call a voice message will be left to contact Noelle’s Gift and the winners will be posted on social media. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to pick up the prize (s)
Prizes awarded may not be exactly as described.
Prize value stated is retail value as of date contracts were negotiated with suppliers.
The Grand Prize will be awarded as is. The prize winner may contact Finch Ford Lincoln Ltd. to make arrangements.
Where a prize is not claimed by a winner within six (6) months of the draw where all reasonable attempts have been made by the licensee to contact the winner, the unclaimed prize will be reported, and the backup ticket holder drawn will be held in trust if the original prize winner does not claim the prize within the six (6) months.

Personal information collected will be used to administer and evaluate the lottery, including fulfilling lottery ticket orders and contacting and publicizing the name and municipality of residence of prize winners.
