Noelle’s Gift Fitness and Health Expo

April 27 at Point Edward Arena

After months of planning, organizing and making major changes we are so excited to announce the dates and some of the speakers for this years Noelle’s Gift of Fitness event.

As you’ve taken part in a Noelle’s Gift event in the past, we wanted to make sure that you were the first to know!

There has been a lot of work behind the scenes on how we could make this year’s event bigger and better than the past ones and we are confident that this year’s event will be the best yet.

We are offering a limited-edition shirt for the first 75 people who register. We are expecting 250-300 people to attend this year, so the limited-edition shirts won’t last long if registration starts off like the last couple of years.

Full Package Registration Cost $100 with at $75 tax receipt (we encourage you to post on your Facebook page for sponsors) with our first 75 getting the limited-edition shirt:

It was announced early January 2018 that Amber Bowman became the winner of the Dr OZ trainer of the year contest. She represents more than herself. The other firefighters, emergency service, women and Canada!
Amber is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!) where she achieved a degree in Exercise Science. While attending Ohio State, she played on the Women’s Ice hockey Team. Amber finished her career as a two time Captain, third all-time points leader for Ohio State defence, a Four-time Academic All-Big Ten and a Four-time OSU Scholar-Athlete. Amber has retired her elite playing hockey career in the CWHL {Toronto Furies} but continues to Play Sr. AA with the Aurora Panthers.

In 2011, Amber started competing in Fire Combat Challenges and became the first rookie to ever be victorious on the World stage. She continues to excel, conquering the Firefit all-time female individual fastest time of 1:54, making her the first female to break the 2-minute barrier. In 2017, Amber became the most victorious competitor in Combat history achieving a total of 22 World Championship Titles in just 7 years.

Fit by Fire was founded in 2013 as a sponsorship program when Amber began offering her own unique brand of training workouts. The funds she generated allowed her to compete in the Firefighter Combat Challenges around the World.

Today, Fit by Fire has helped sponsor a total of 9 other females to compete in their sport, attend a post-secondary class or even start a new business!
FBF is more than fitness. It’s about building a fit, healthy and empowered TRIBE around the world, where every day is a new opportunity to help others discover and conquer their BIG dreams!
At the 2015 World FireFit Championships Amber BROKE the Women’s World Record with a sub-two minute performance! She continues to break barriers both athletically and professionally.

Amber is giving back to the sport she loves and has created an exclusive Firefighter Racing program for the 2018 season.

SEX reduces STRESS!- Does your WORKOUT?

Let’s talk about STRESS, baby, Let’s talk about you and me, Let’s talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be! Salt and Pepa’s song is about sex (which does in fact reduce stress levels) but we are going to talk about all the good things and the bad things the fitness industry is doing to promote and encourage higher levels of stress instead of reducing it as we would all like. Are we…Motivating by measuring? Believing the LIES of the mass media? Embracing body hate versus BODY POSITIVITY? Do we need to SEE results instead of FEEL results? Or are we following the leader over trusting self-intelligence? Let’s Talk!!
