Thats a wrap! We started Noelle’s Gift of Fitness 2016 with sunrise Yoga under the Bluewater Bridge. Six venues hosted fitness-forward fun in the early morning to mid afternoon and six exciting activity stations took place for kids at Canatara Park mid afternoon too. Runners of all ages finished the afternoon off running/walking in the beautiful sunshine. Air Time – Flash of Fitness

As much as we long for warmer spring weather; a sunflower will still blossom mid-summer and that can’t be rushed, so for now we’re in ‘air time’ until that touch of warmth relieves us from the soft winter we just had.
